Who travels to Varanasi with us
Kashi & Kin is a private tour company based in Varanasi. We have hosted guests from India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia — a mix of Indian families travelling for darshan and rituals, and first-time visitors to India who wanted someone with them rather than a map and a guess.
Your Sāthi speaks English, Hindi, French and Japanese as standard, and we arrange other languages on request. That matters more in Varanasi than in most cities: the old city is a lattice of lanes with no signage, the temple queues are not self-explanatory, and almost nothing is priced on a label.

Each one is a screenshot of a review left on our public Google listing by the guest, published here unedited. We do not retype them, we do not paraphrase them, and we do not pay for reviews. Open our Google Maps listing and you will find every one of them there, on the listing itself, with the reviewer's own profile attached.
What guests usually book
A private guide with a chauffeured car for one to five days; a sunrise boat ride on the Ganga; airport pickup and drop from Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport; Kashi Vishwanath darshan; a day trip to Sarnath; and family rituals including pooja and pind daan. Every price is fixed in writing before you book, and we take no commission from any shop, hotel or boatman.
